Returns & Exchanges Policy

All artworks are carefully inspected and securely packaged before collection or shipment.

Studio Collections & In-Person Purchases

All artworks collected directly from the studio, exhibitions, conventions, or events are considered inspected and accepted at the time of purchase. For this reason, monetary refunds are not offered on collected artworks.

Exchanges may be considered only if the artwork is returned in the same condition as when purchased. Any exchange requests are subject to approval and courier or transport costs remain the responsibility of the buyer.

Couriered Orders

If an artwork arrives damaged during transit, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

To process a damage claim, the following will be required:

  • A clear video of the unopened parcel before opening
  • Photographs of the packaging and damaged artwork
  • The artwork and original packaging must be retained in the condition received until the claim is resolved

If the damage claim is approved, a refund, replacement, or exchange may be offered at the artist’s discretion.

General Conditions

Refunds or exchanges cannot be offered for:

  • Damage occurring after delivery or collection
  • Improper handling, storage, framing, or display by the buyer
  • Change of mind purchases

By purchasing artwork, the buyer agrees to these terms.
